Technical Support Specialist


Summary:

We are looking for confident, creative, diplomatic problem solvers who can roll with the punches and adjust to changing situations.  We need people who have a drive to provide accurate and technically sound solutions.


Description:

The technical support position requires someone who’s responsible for:

  • Taking technical support calls
  • Logging and following the calls
  • Providing pre-sales support for inside and outside sales groups
  • Keeping current on product offerings
  • Troubleshooting and testing products
  • Verifying technical data
  • Maintaining the in-house demo network

Requirements:

The individuals we are seeking are good natured and posses the following basic skills:

  • Large Building Automation HVAC Controls
  • Computer IT\product troubleshooting experience
  • Solar Panel Products

* Customer service experience a plus
* Two year technical degree or suitable experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation:

Includes a salary based on experience, skill, and attitude, as well as profit sharing based on company performance.
