| Customer Service Representative |
Summary:
We are seeking special individuals who like to excel and be challenged in their job. We need people who are conscientious and great with details, exhibit a sincere and cooperative attitude, and can use persuasion to get things done.
You’ll use your great personality and exceptional communication skills to build relationships with customers and support them throughout the ordering process.
Description:
Our CSR’s work directly with customers and will be responsible and accountable for:
- Entering orders into our system;
- Following up with customers on the status and verification of those orders;
- Setting up customer accounts;
- Maintaining customer records; helping customers with questions, requests, or concerns that arise during the ordering process;
- And documenting customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Multi-task oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and pass all security and background checks.

Compensation:
Includes a salary based on experience, skill, and attitude, as well as profit sharing based on company performance.

| Technical Support Specialist |
Summary:
We are looking for confident, creative, diplomatic problem solvers who can roll with the punches and adjust to changing situations. We need people who have a drive to provide accurate and technically sound solutions.
Description:
The technical support position requires someone who’s responsible for:
- Taking technical support calls;
- Logging and following the calls;
- Providing pre-sales support for inside and outside sales groups;
- Keeping current on product offering;
- Troubleshooting and testing products;
- Verifying technical data;
- And maintaining the in house demo network.
Requirements:
The individuals we are seeking are good natured and posses the following basic skills:
- Controls\HVAC or wireless knowledge,
- Computer\product troubleshooting experience,
- Customer service experience a plus,
- Two year technical degree or suitable experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
