The technical support position requires someone who’s responsible for:
- Taking technical support calls
- Logging and following the calls
- Providing pre-sales support for inside and outside sales groups
- Keeping current on product offerings
- Troubleshooting and testing products
- Verifying technical data
- Maintaining the in-house demo network
Requirements:
The individuals we are seeking are good natured and posses the following basic skills:
- Large Building Automation HVAC Controls
- Computer IT\product troubleshooting experience
- Solar Panel Products
* Customer service experience a plus
* Two year technical degree or suitable experience required; advanced degree preferred.
